Going off of dairy occasionally gives your body a break. It’s hard to digest and can cause inflammation. Many people are sensitive to dairy and about 75% of the world is lactose intolerant. Eating dairy can make losing weight harder for some, and you may have been struggling with some health issues that you didn’t even know was related to eating dairy.
