I get easily bored with eating the same things over and over and over.  I like to try new recipes frequently.  Especially when I am wanting to create something special for date night with the hubby.    You probably know, I cook at home most of the time.  I find it much easier to eat healthier when I know what is going into my food.  Then add on COVID, it just makes sense to cook at home, even on date night.    In my search for something new and perfect for date night, ran across Food Love.  I found lots of scrumptious, Keto friendly recipes on her website.  Marsha, the Food Love author, also shares my love for homemade foods.     One of the recipes that stood out was this Blackened Shrimp Tacos.
