Relying on energy and motivation to push us in the right direction is not realistic. It’s the rare person that ‘feels like’ working out, planning their meals or batch cooking.
Creating daily and weekly healthy habits takes the pressure off of ‘feeling motivated’… it’s like putting your life on auto pilot.
Taking the time to intentionally create healthy habits not only makes our lives healthier, it makes them EASIER! I don’t know about you, but I get tired of thinking all the time, lol
