That’s correct, no grains. However, you can still enjoy breads, as long as they’re prepared in a Keto approved way like this 90 Second Keto Bread recipe.
It’s actually one of my faves! The 90 Second Keto Bread is super quick, only requires 5 ingredients, is super tasty, and it follows the Keto guidelines. Total win- win in my book!

90 second Keto Bread
1 tbsp Intentionally Bare MCT oil (or you can use butter instead)
1/3 c. blanched almond flour
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Place butter in a mug, then put in microwave for 10-15 seconds until butter is melted. Turn cup to coat sides with melted butter. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the mug, whisking until smooth. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds (every microwave is different… check after 60 seconds to be sure).
