I hear so many inspiring success stories in my Intentionally Bare Keto Support Group! Real people, real stories. I’m sharing these stories of hope because the effort is worth it. Keto/low carb/fasting is more than just losing weight… it’s a restoration of health. Weight loss is the added bonus 😊

Autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure and extra weight were plaguing Shari. That is, until she made keto her lifestyle. As a bonus she also lost 35 pounds! Read about Shari’s inspiring journey to health here:
“So much has happened to me and ‘within me’ on this keto journey and it’s all profoundly wonderful!
After being diagnosed with high blood pressure, angioedema and lupus (both autoimmune diseases that causes random swelling and full body rashes), I knew I had to make a change.
I’ve been a nurse for 33 years and I need to stay healthy for my patients and maintain the energy it takes to work long, 12 hour shifts. I didn’t want to ‘mask’ my problems and take the 2 prescriptions the doctor gave me. So I read and followed the ketogenic and fasting lifestyles outlined in the Intentionally Bare Keto Support Group.
After doing clean keto for awhile, I wanted to step it up by participating in Leta’s monthly challenges. These challenges really helped me stay focused!
All of the challenges are run by Leta Deley, owner of Intentionally Bare (clean keto and skincare products).
I can tell you from the bottom of my heart that Leta’s Intentionally Bare Keto Support Group is one the biggest reasons I have succeeded in reaching my goals. The support, education, love, encouragement, monthly challenges, recipes, members, jokes and all the AMAZING Intentionally Bare products ........ have all contributed to helping me to be the healthiest I’ve been in 25 years.... and not just because of the weight loss!
Even though I’m down 35lbs and have finally reached my GOAL WEIGHT!
I now have normal blood pressure (I went from 150/88 to 116/76), all my labs are normal and I am autoimmune symptom-free!!! I’ve had ZERO flare ups in the 4 years since I started my keto journey. All of my labs were normal after only 3 months.
I mix up my keto lifestyle by macro tracking with clean keto, and rotating alternate day fasting, 3 day bone broth cleanses, OMAD (one meal a day) and fitness.
I’m not perfect, I do have high carb days here or there too and enjoy my social events and vacations, but eating healthy food is my priority.
My heart is full and healthy 😊
A sincere thank you to all who have contributed to this group and especially to Leta who is endlessly supportive!”
Thank you Shari for sharing your story! I hope Shari’s story has uplifted and inspired you as much as it has me ♥️
