You don’t have to be ‘keto’ to reap the benefits

I’ve talked about the ketogenic diet many times, and how it’s incredible for losing weight, reversing diabetes, making you feel ‘superhuman’ with exceptional energy and how it supports your hormones. The other great thing about eating Keto is that you are naturally getting more of the good fat your body needs from a health perspective. MCT oil (US | Canada), butter and olive oil for example... these have so many health benefits such as heart health, obesity prevention, and brain health.

You can reap some benefits of the keto way of eating without actually going ‘all in keto.’ Here’s an idea for you... even if you aren’t ready to make the Keto leap, try just having a Keto coffee/tea in the morning, to get some extra good fat into your diet. It’s honestly the best tasting coffee/tea you’ll ever have.

You will get a tremendous amount of healthy fat in one cup of keto coffee/tea… probably more than you get in a whole day (or week for some people)!

There are a few different recipes out there, but you can read how I make mine here. Imagine not spiking your insulin levels for breakfast and getting much needed amazing healthy fat that your body is craving! For me, this is my breakfast every single day... that is all I have (trust me, you won’t be hungry).

Give it a try, even if you are not on a Ketogenic diet.
