I’ll be honest with you. I can get bored pretty easy with Keto breakfast food ideas. It seems like everything I find is some form of recipe for EGGS. I started wondering if the entire world thinks the only thing we can eat for breakfast on Keto is eggs. Is there anything to eat for Keto Breakfast besides eggs?
So, I began scouring the internet for some recipes. But not just any recipe. I wanted something that would, of course, taste good. But also, something that would satisfy my taste buds and help me feel full longer.
I found one recipe that checked all the boxes. It is a Blueberry Coconut Chia Smoothie. This smoothie is low carb and is packed with tons of antioxidants and healthy fats. With the Chia seeds, it has a good amount of fiber to help you stay fuller longer. And the taste is scrumptious. It’s so good. So good, your entire family will want some.
I found this smoothie on All Day I Dream About Food. The Keto smoothie only takes about 5 minutes to make and only has 249 calories per serving. When I made my smoothie, I replaced the coconut oil with Intentionally Bare MCT Oil and added in the Intentionally Bare Collagen.
We hope you enjoy this smoothie and finding new things to eat for Keto breakfast.
