I want to do Keto, but I can’t give up Pizza!

 Does this sound like you?  You’ve been reading a lot about the Ketogenic diet lately.  Every before and after Keto weight loss journey photo you look at has amazing results and YOU WANT THAT!  Maybe you go so far as preparing to begin (or even start for a day or two)…  then it hits…. that craving for pizza!

This could be where it ends every single time.  You try and try but you cannot get past your love for pizza and other bread related goods.  Why do they have to taste so good?  Suffer no more, I have a great Keto Pizza Recipe for you.

This Keto Pizza Recipe is easy to make with only 5 ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.  Plus, it tastes so good!  Giving up your beloved pizza is no longer a problem. 

 

FAT HEAD Keto PIZZA rECIPE

1 ½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese

¾ c. almond flour

2 tbsp cubed cream cheese

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Combine the cream cheese and mozzarella. Heat in microwave, for 30 seconds at a time, stirring, until smooth. Let the mixture cool a bit, then stir in egg and almond flour. Turn dough out onto parchment paper and spread thin using wet hands. Using a fork, poke several holes in the dough to allow steam to vent. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes. Take out of the oven, cover with sauce and your favorite pizza toppings. Return to oven for 6-12 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbling.
