You made the decision that Keto is the lifestyle you want to try… you probably scoured the internet for information on the rules, looked for information on the how-to’s, searched Pinterest for keto recipes, and read all the books you could find.  AND NOW…. You are overwhelmed!

There is one thing you need to know… and this is very important.  The experts can give you all the guidelines in the world, but that doesn’t mean it will work for YOU.  You need to take all of the information you gathered and then find out how to get Keto done YOUR way.

You’ll never stick to any lifestyle change unless it’s something you enjoy and can fit within your life.  Don’t define yourself by all the rules set by the experts.  While they are important, they are not absolute.  Don’t feel like this is a DIET and it MUST be adhere’d to EXACTLY like ‘this’ FOREVER or it won’t work.  It will still work 😊
