Keto Casserole Recipes

Cooking keto when you have a family can be tricky. Family life can get busy, and it can be hard to cook hearty, healthy meals. Keto casseroles are a quick and (usually) easy way to put a keto-friendly recipe on the table without a huge time commitment. While the casserole is in the oven, you can be busy doing the million other things you need to take care of after a long day. I’ve put together a few keto casserole recipes that I hope you love!

Cheesy Smoked Sausage and Cabbage Casserole – Peace, Love, and Low Carb brings us this recipe that’s inexpensive and quick! It’s cheesy and full of peppers, and I absolutely love that there’s cabbage in it!

Dairy-Free Pizza Chicken Bake – If you’re doing dairy-free keto, it can be difficult to find keto-friendly images. Dairy-free cheese makes this recipe yummy but not boring! Trying to stretch the recipe to make it feed more people? Add some fathead pizza dough as the base!

Cabbage Noodle Tuna Casserole – Another keto-friendly recipe with cabbage! This one includes albacore tuna and heavy cream. You can smell the nostalgia in this recipe!

Keto Green Bean Casserole – Technically a side dish, this casserole made the list because it’s so filling! You could use it as a side to a meat entrée and have a complete meal! The recipe calls for chicken broth, but you could use my Intentionally Bare Bone Broth Protein Powder (US | Canada) for an added nutritional boost!

Italian Spaghetti Squash Breakfast Casserole – Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner? The problem is, sometimes people get tired of the basic bacon and eggs. I mean, I know that sounds crazy, but it happens. While the recipe calls for 4 eggs, you can add to that!

Keto Chicken Cheese Pesto Casserole – This keto-friendly recipe has everything! Tender chicken breasts, tons of great pesto flavor, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Seriously, people are surprised you can eat this well on keto, but I’m here to tell you that you can!

Low Carb Big Mac Casserole – One thing I hear a lot in my Intentionally Bare Facebook group is about foods people miss. At the top of that list is burgers. Of course, there are workarounds, and this keto casserole is perfect for bringing burgers back to dinner. You can serve this with fried radishes or turnips, or a zoodle pasta salad!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole – Let me tell you, this keto casserole is something special! Chicken and bacon, Ranch dressing, veggies, and cheese! This is that perfect recipe that’s pretty quick and easy to throw together because most keto-friendly kitchens have the ingredients on hand.

Keto Eggs Benedict Casserole – For many people on keto, eggs are a huge source of protein. This recipe gives you a nice change of pace from scrambled. It’s large on heavy cream, so plan your daily macros carefully. But it’s so sinfully delicious!

Baked Easy Cheesy Zucchini Casserole – A few weeks ago, I talked about your keto garden. Zucchini is a staple in any keto garden, and this is a great way to use up those bountiful beauties! The recipe calls for three medium zucchini, but you can easily double or triple the recipe to share with friends or take to a potluck!

When you’re searching for keto-friendly recipes, it can be a challenge. I’m happy that I’ve been able to share these keto casseroles with you!

You got this!
