The truth is a calorie isn’t just a calorie and a macro isn’t just a macro, especially when it comes to grains.
Grains can create huge inflammation in the body. This inflammation in the body can cause a host of health problems including slowing down weight loss. This slow down is due to the fact that grains can spike your insulin higher and longer than sugar does.
