Have you caught yourself talking to yourself in your head? Maybe you play out in your mind, an argument you should have had with someone. Or maybe you walk passed the mirror and say man I look awful today. Or maybe at the grocery store you talk out loud to yourself about something you want to buy lol. We all do it. We all pretty much talk to ourselves but it isn’t always kind.
How you talk to yourself matters. It can make a huge difference in your day-to-day life, your feeling of self-worth, and even on your weight loss/health journey.
