How to incorporate healthy fats into your Keto lifestyle

Should you focus on being healthy? Or should you focus on weight loss? Or should you focus on anti-aging? OR, should you focus on yummy, tasty foods?

These may be questions you have been asking since starting your keto journey.  You may even bounce back and forth on this.  But here is a better question to ask….

WHY CHOOSE??

Did you know you can have weight loss, good health, anti-aging, and all while eating great foods? It is so true.  I focus on whole keto food choices and love the things I eat.  I never feel deprived or like I have to give up certain things.  The main thing to remember is to incorporate healthy fats into your meals. Two of the things I do daily are, drink my fatty coffee every single morning and my drink Anti-Aging Drink.

Below is the recipe for my Anti-Aging Drink.  This drink contains healthy fats from my Intentionally Bare MCT oil (or powder), Biotin, Zinc, Vit. C, Hyaluronic Acid, and an excellent source of protein.

So where can you get healthy fats? A few great sources of healthy fats are:

            *Avocados

            *Nuts

            *Salmon

            *Eggs

            *Cheese

            *Olive Oil

            *Chia Seeds

            *MCT Oil

Having healthy fats daily is essential to the Keto journey as well as well healthy and anti-aging benefits.  Healthy fats help protect your organs, help lower blood pressure, help brain health and functioning, aid in weight loss, are an important source of energy and so much more. Be sure to incorporate healthy fats into your daily meal plan.
