I’ve seen this problem so many times. A person goes on Keto, loses weight for a bit. Then they stall. Almost automatically they’ll start saying that the Keto Lifestyle is no longer working for them.
Don’t blame Keto! Keto works if you do the work. Often times, the problem is we’re not truly being honest about our carb consumption. Maybe you promised yourself “just this one time” but that “one time” has turned into multiple.
Maybe you’re not even aware of the carb consumtion you have in a day. The truth of the matter is, CARBS COUNT. Are you counting your macros daily? If not, get back to it. Carbs can have a way of sneaking into our day without us even knowing it. And if you’re not counting macros, you won’t notice the increase in carbs.
Every person’s carb tolerance can be different. You need to figure out how your body responds to carbs. Figuring that out can make a HUGE difference in our weightloss journey.
