I have the perfect Keto Summer Treat for you!  This recipe is super simple and brings all the summer vibes with it.  You could even leave out the rum and make one for the kiddos.

Keto Colada

Keto Colada

[Makes:  Four 8-ounce (240-ml) Servings]

Ingredients:

□  1  1/3 cups (315 ml) full-fat coconut milk

□  2 ounces (60 ml) dark rum (optional)

□  2 tablespoons piña colada-flavored omega oil

□  1 scoop Intentionally Bare Organic MCT Oil Powder

□  2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

□  4 to 8 drops liquid stevia

□  4 cups (640 g) ice cubes

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more sweetener, if desired. Pour into 12-ounce glass and serve immediately.
