No-Bake Coffee Delight Protein Balls
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp granulated Swerve or monk fruit
2 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
1-2 tbsp almond milk / water
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet ingredients
Use hands to knead until mixed well
Add more almond milk / water if too dense, you want a cookie dough consistency
