The Short Version of My Keto Journey...
I have been on every diet ever invented... multiple times, spanning over 45 years. Nothing ever worked, I always white knuckled it, and I felt horrible.
When I started Keto it was truly life-changing for me. It’s like my body had been craving this way of eating my entire life. I felt energetic, balanced and NOT hungry. However, even though it was the best way I had ever tried to lose fat, feel great and improve my health… I still faced some challenges.
Life is busy, and I found it hard to get in enough healthy fat and quality protein while at the same time not compromising my health with products with unhealthy ingredients. I tried out different products on the market but discovered most were low on active ingredients, had a bunch of ‘nasties’ that I couldn’t pronounce and they were SO expensive!
I decided to create my own line of high-quality products, with maximum active ingredients AND all-natural ingredients!! Every one of my Intentionally Bare products was specifically developed to not only help us on our low-carb/keto journey, but to also help us improve our health.
