Summer Clouds Smoothie - Coconut Raspberry


  • 4 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4+ oz raspberry tea (let it steep until strong or buy a raspberry concentrate)
  • 1/4 cup crushed frozen unsweetened raspberries (or fresh raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 scoop of Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB + Electrolytes
  • Stevia if you like it sweeter

 


Instructions: Mix everything together in a blender or food processor.


Very Berry Keto Popsicles 

 

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
  • 1/2 - 1 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop of Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB + Electrolytes
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes. (optional)
  •  Or use coconut extract instead)l.
  • I added a few drops of liquid monk fruit because I like my popsicles a little sweeter.💗🥰~Just taste before you pour into the mold so it’s the sweetness/flavor you like


Instructions: Put all the ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender. Because the coconut flakes float you need to blend this really well. Or I would use coconut extract if you want coconut flavor but no flakes.

Freeze for about 3 hours and voilá ...... POPSICLES


Raspberry Fizz - Ketone Cocktail 


  • Soda Water
  • Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB 


Instructions:  All you need to do is mix 1 scoop of Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB with 12-16 ounces of soda water and ice for a delicious, fizzy energy drink - without all the nasty chemicals and additives. 

Mix things up, and drop in some lime slices, or citrus rinds to add a little kick to your drink.





Lemon Buzz - Keto Martini


  • 2 scoops Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon stevia


Instructions: 

a. Add vodka, ice, Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.  Shake well for 10-15 seconds. 

b. Make them sparkle. Get fancy and dip the rim of each martini glass in water, then dip into stevia.

c. Pour martini’s into each glass and garnish with a sliced lemon and a fresh raspberry.

Go Nuts Keto Smoothie 



  • 1 scoop Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Macadamia Vanilla nut butter or any nut butter of your choice.


Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or shaker cup. Mix well. Add ice if desired.


Swirls of Cinnamon - Keto Smoothie Bowl


Smoothie: 

  • 1/2 large avocado (100 g/ 3.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120 ml/ 4 fl oz)
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries or forest fruitsf  (50 g/ 1.8 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk (360 ml/ 12 fl oz)
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder (5 g/ 0.2 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 scoop Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB


Toasted Topping:

  • 1/4 cup flaked toasted almonds (23 g/ 0.8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened flaked toasted coconut (15 g/ 0.5 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil *optional


Garnish: 

  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs (28 g/ 1 oz)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds (20 g/ 0.7 oz)


Tips: 

1. If you have time, cut lots of avocado into cubes and freeze in advance. The same goes for coconut milk - you can freeze the milk inside an ice-cube tray, and use it for your smoothie bowls or smoothies.

2. If you’re using fresh avocado and room temperature coconut milk - just add some crushed ice or ice cubes to your blender to make it cold!

3. If you have time you can toast your own toppings to make Keto cereal. Otherwise buy ready toasted and ready to sprinkle healthy toppings like coconut and almond flakes. Make sure there is no sugar added. 

Instructions:

1. To make the smoothie bowl. Place the frozen berries, frozen avocado pieces, and frozen coconut milk, into a high speed blender.


2. Then add the almond milk, cacao powder, cinnamon,vanilla bean powder and  Intentionally Bare Raspberry KetoBHB. Process until smooth and creamy


3. Sprinkle on your topping and garnish and voila - your smoothie bowl is ready to serve and eat!
