Tips:
1. If you have time, cut lots of avocado into cubes and freeze in advance. The same goes for coconut milk - you can freeze the milk inside an ice-cube tray, and use it for your smoothie bowls or smoothies.
2. If you’re using fresh avocado and room temperature coconut milk - just add some crushed ice or ice cubes to your blender to make it cold!
3. If you have time you can toast your own toppings to make Keto cereal. Otherwise buy ready toasted and ready to sprinkle healthy toppings like coconut and almond flakes. Make sure there is no sugar added.
