THE QUICKSTART GUIDE TO TAKING PURE C8 MCT OIL

Don’t take too many capsules in one go. Start with one and increase your intake as your tolerance dictates.

The Short Version of My Keto Journey...

I have been on every diet ever invented... multiple times 😭!

BUT, when I started Keto about 4 years ago, it was truly life-changing for me. However, even though it was the best way I had ever tried to lose fat, feel great and improve my health… I still faced some challenges.

Life is busy, and I found it very hear to get in enough healthy fat, quality protein, and electrolytes –these are needed to be successful on Keto. Trying out different products on the market, I discovered most were low on active ingredients, had a bunch of ‘nasties’ that I couldn’t pronounce and they were SO expensive!

I decided to create my own line of high-quality products, with maximum active ingredients AND all-natural ingredients!! Simply put, they’re the best way to get your essential macros and electrolytes even when you’re superbusy like me.
